CENTERPOINT LANDING AT OAKLAND SEAPORT – OAKLAND, CA
At the Oakland Seaport, Gallagher & Burk performed Earthwork and Ground Improvement for the construction of the CenterPoint Landing facility. The project consisted of grading an approx. 500,000 SF pad for wick drain installation, moving approx. 500,000 CY of dirt to surcharge the building pad, removing the surcharge, and fine grading the building pad.
